J-Sec President, Patrick Donovan, is a law enforcement career professional with 20+ years of experience leading high-profile law enforcement operations, investigations, tactical instruction, emergency & crisis response, SWAT leadership, security advisement, dignitary protection, directing crime control, and innovator of vehicular crime strategies.
He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy class #284.
He currently holds the position of Deputy Chief within the Cook County Sherriff’s Police Department.

Leivi has more than 25 years of cross-industry business operations and leadership. He completed the DoD-certified C.R.I Counter Terrorism Training School in March 2015, graduating 3rd in his class.
He holds current FAA certification for uSAS (unmanned small aircraft) operation and remote surveillance.
Sara Gonzalez

Sara has 20 years of law enforcement experience with the Chicago Police Department and a vast background in a variety of roles…
including Detective, Intelligence Officer, Gang Specialist, Tactical Officer, Patrol Officer and various administrative roles. Sara led the Chicago Police Department in her ability to analyze criminal reports, identify crime patterns, gather intelligence, collect and interpret data used to forecast criminal trends and reduce crime. Sara co-authored a City of Chicago Ordinance that led to a dramatic reduction in auto thefts. She has achieved numerous awards throughout her career including The Superintendent Award of Merit and The Chicago Police Leadership Award. Sara was also nominated as Best Interviewer during her training with the prestigious Wicklander-Zulawski and Associates.
